Abstract

This article presents reflections on the issue of Resolution 125 of the National Council of Justice in 2010, which established the National Judiciary Policy for adequate treatment of conflicts of interest within the Brazilian Judiciary. It aims, in particular, to point out the advances in the use of mediation and conciliation, as well as the guidelines of this resolution and its impacts both in the judicial and private spheres. To this end, it makes use of the deductive method in the socio-legal scope, with the presentation of the sections: the objectives of the Resolution 125 of the CNJ; the first years; the facilitators; the growth of mediation; judicial and private mediation; The Global Pandemic and the use of technologies, brief considerations on the current legislation; to then present the final considerations with punctual aspects of what can improve in screen after the sanction of the Civil Procedure Code of 2015 and the Mediation Law.
