Bioethics and Law is and always will be a great pole of reflection before both others and human challenges and dilemmas. Therefore, our reflection, at this moment, requires a bioethical view from the principialist conception in which the fundamental value is the human person and for this to be understood, it is necessary to understand the principles of beneficence and non-maleficence, autonomy, justice and quality of life. Therefore, we can talk about the role of the public sphere as one that is always open to welcoming the citizen in favor of his rights and duties in order to redeem his dignity. If the public sphere is not open to listening to the citizen in his cries and claim, it is not fulfilling its social role or its political function of promoting public policies for the benefit of social welfare for the whole society, especially for those who are on the margins of society.
