The identity of concepts and community reality is not a rule. The intelligence whose act is the concept incurs in conceiving things, constituting a conceptual system that ignores the living unit called community. This contradiction in uttering 'words' without community reception preserves concepts such as determination superior to the realities of those who hear them. This is a bibliographic review research. The research problem was formulated as follows: is it possible to re-examine homiletical practice through the contribution of Xavier Zubiri? The expected results are limited to the inter- and transdisciplinary openings of Francis' Magisterium, so that the homily must also be re-examined in the light of conscious and sentient intelligence.
