A dialetical proposal of law as one
studies from Hegel’s Science of Logic

This article aims to establish a comparison between the one constructed in Hegel's Science of Logic and the law conceptualized in his Philosophy of Right. It starts with the hypothesis that the movements of repulsion and attraction that generate the multiplicity of ones can be applied to the law(s), causing their chain to result in what is meant by the legal system, completing the necessary gaps. In this sense, the aim is to answer the question: “Is it possible to recognize any similarity between the relationship between the laws of the same legal system and the relationship between the one and its multiples mediated by the processes of repulsion and attraction?”. The research is divided into two chapters, where the concepts to be compared are first explained; and, secondly, the experiment is carried out based on objective checks on the confirmation or not of the proposed assumption. The article concludes by the possibility of the dialectical relationship between one and the law, provided that within the logical criterion promoted by repulsion and attraction, without going into the merits of the effect of laws themselves in society proposed by Hegel's Philosophy of Right.
