Language and Hegemony in Marxian Philosophy

In contemporary Marxian studies, it is necessary to verify some classic values in philosophy of language. The aim of this article is to discuss the contemporary aspects of Marxism based on its relation with language. For this, we will use Bakhtin's classic work Marxism and Philosophy of Language, reconstructing the path traced by him in relating language and ideology. Finally, we intend to enter the studies on post-Marxism centered on the question of hegemony and power in the work Hegemony and Socialist Strategy of Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe. From this debate we intend to present the concept of hegemony of authors and their link with the philosophy of language.
