Abstract

As is known, one of the elements that distinguish the capitalist states of exception from other forms of capitalist state, is the dimension and magnitude of physical repression. Es decir, the direct political domain. Clearly, the transition to bourgeois democratic-parliamentary regimes establishes a different social, political and institutional framework. There is no room for doubt, the differences are notorious, the exceptionality indicates that, in a specific context of concentration of contradictions, the State can intervene directly in the class struggle.
