Abstract

O presente texto tem como núcleo principal de suas indagações a exploração de
um tema não enfrentado na história da filosofia: a relação entre a escola dos
reformadores e a filosofia de Hegel. Para a compreensão desse núcleo de relações,
far-se-á uma reconstrução da história desse período à luz dos principais
acontecimentos filosóficos, mostrando como Hegel e os reformadores tinham
um pressuposto comum: a reflexão sobre a ‘ideia’ da Alemanha e as causas de
seu estado de coisas. Essa pergunta pela Alemanha, num sentido filosófico, é a
pergunta que se faz capaz de responder tanto à relação entre Hegel e os
reformadores, como a relação entre o antigo e o novo, o fim da Idade Média e a
Modernidade, entre a history e a Geschichte, entre Hegel e nós, à luz da primeira
pergunta entre Hegel e os reformadores prussianos.
