As reflexões bioéticas que se iniciaram pelo progresso das investigações biológicas de sucesso tiveram alargado seu campo de atuação pelo paradigma da complexidade fazendo emergir reflexões bioética-comunitárias da urbe como comunidade de aprendizagem, cuja manutenção do pensamento sistemático-reducionista provoca o fracasso das ações políticas de ocupação dos espaços públicos.
