Abstract

No presente artigo será abordada a Fundamentação da Moral proposta por Kant e algumas objeções proposta para esta teoria pelo Principialismo de Beauchamp e Childress. Entre as questões suscitadas pelo Principialismo em relação a Fundamentação Moral Kantiana estão a viabilidade prática das máximas universais. Ao final poder-se-á afirmar algumas incompletudes na teoria da moral que defende as formulações do imperativo categórico sem desmerecer suas contribuições
