Abstract

O presente artigo desenvolve de modo original a crítica elabora por Carl Schmitt ao liberalismo, demonstrando como a perspectiva adotada pelo liberalismo conduz inevitavelmente ao oposto que ela se propõe. Espera-se, ao final, demonstrar como a reflexão de Carl Schmitt é um válido instrumento para a compreensão das estruturas jurídicas e políticas de nossa época.
