Abstract

O presente texto procura desenvolver como Carl Schmitt compreende a evolução do conceito de guerra e como esta evolução permite compreender o desenvolvimento de sua própria reflexão acerca da filosofia do direito. No curso do texto será demonstrado como a evolução da ideia de guerra conduz a novos tipos de formas beligerantes. Será, por fim, exposto que a resposta para o problema da guerra reside na própria questão que a humanidade elege como prioritária para seu tempo.
