O trabalho intitulado <em>Desenvolvimento de um Flotador por Ar Dissolvido de Coluna com Est\u00e1gios para Tratamento de \u00c1guas Oleosas <\/em>foi<em>\u00a0<\/em>orientado pelo Prof. Dr. Valdemir Alexandre dos Santos e teve como co-orientadora a Prof\u00aa. Dr\u00aa Leonie Asfora Sarubbo.<\/p>\n<p>A flota\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o que ajuda a decanta\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos melhorando a qualidade do tratamento do efluente (restos de materiais liberados pela atividade industrial) que ser\u00e1 devolvido ao ambiente. Esse procedimento j\u00e1 \u00e9 conhecido nas usinas e utiliza v\u00e1rias colunas (uma complexa rede de tubula\u00e7\u00f5es que alimenta um tanque de formato cil\u00edndrico).\u00a0Jatos de ar que provocam microbolhas agem na separa\u00e7\u00e3o das subst\u00e2ncias efluentes da \u00e1gua. A descoberta possibilita a redu\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00fameros de bombas de ar comprimido para apenas uma, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o na quantidade de compressores e no consumo de energia el\u00e9trica. &#8220;Se h\u00e1 menos equipamento envolvido, diminuem tamb\u00e9m os riscos de acidente de quem manuseia&#8221;, completou Leonardo.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia chamou a aten\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Avan\u00e7ado de Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (Iati). A entidade sem fins lucrativos firmou uma parceria com a Epasa Centrais El\u00e9tricas da Para\u00edba que viabilizou a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto a partir de financiamento do Programa de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Energia El\u00e9trica (Aneel).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Desenvolvi a pesquisa a partir dos efluentes coletados na Epasa, que \u00e9 ind\u00fastria termel\u00e9trica, mas pode ser usado em qualquer tipo de ind\u00fastria&#8221;, ressaltou Leonardo que defendeu a disserta\u00e7\u00e3o na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (27).<\/p>\n<p><img \u00e0 Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia do Estado de Pernambuco e conseguiu.\u00a0O ent\u00e3o mestrando, que \u00e9 ex-aluno do curso de Engenharia Qu\u00edmica da Unicap, tornou-se bolsista Facepe com que a decis\u00e3o de voltar a estudar na Unicap foi motivada pela vontade de buscar uma especializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Durante dez anos, ele trabalhou no setor sucroalcooleiro em Pernambuco, S\u00e3o Paulo e Rio Grande do Norte\u00a0 e tamb\u00e9m no polo gesseiro do Araripe. Ter a chance de criar uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o unit\u00e1ria que traga benef\u00edcios para o meio ambiente \u00e9 maravilhoso&#8221;, avaliou Leonardo que j\u00e1 vai aprofundar a pesquisa no doutorado. Ele foi selecionado em primeiro lugar na Renorbio, que tem a Unicap como centro de pesquisa.<\/p>\n<p>Resultado bastante comemorado pela coordenadora do Mestrado, Prof\u00aa Dr\u00aa Galba Takaki. &#8220;A primeira patente depositada pelo PPGDPA abre um espa\u00e7o importante de intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre a ind\u00fastria e a academia.
