Enquanto as m\u00e3es participavam das palestras no audit\u00f3rio G2, os filhos faziam exerc\u00edcios de neurofisioterapia. A auxiliar de servi\u00e7os gerais Rafaela Oliveira dos Santos, 22 anos, deixou o filho Luiz Felipe, 1 ano e 9 meses, sob os cuidados da equipe da Cat\u00f3lica. Ele tem a S\u00edndrome Cong\u00eanita Zika V\u00edrus, que no in\u00edcio da epidemia foi chamada de microcefalia.\u00a0&#8220;De uma forma ou de outra vai estimulando os beb\u00eas enquanto a gente participa do semin\u00e1rio pra tentar entender toda essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, disse Rafaela.<\/p>\n<p>Assim como Rafaela, quem esteve no semin\u00e1rio viu o audit\u00f3rio G2 se transformar em outro ambiente de acolhida. O p\u00fablico foi recebido pela bailarina Amanda Lima. Formada pela Faculdade Santa Catarina, ela tem p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial pela Fafire. Dona de um carisma e de uma for\u00e7a de vontade \u00fanicas, Amanda falou sobre a sua trajet\u00f3ria acad\u00eamica. &#8220;Sou uma pessoa com defici\u00eancia que, com o apoio da fam\u00edlia, dos amigos e dos companheiros, eu consegui conquistas e vit\u00f3rias. Por\u00e9m, para isso, tive que lutar muito pelos meus direitos&#8221;, disse Amanda ao relatar as dificuldades em ser aceita na escola.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As pessoas com defici\u00eancia est\u00e3o a\u00ed mostrando que s\u00e3o capazes de abrir suas asas para voar mais alto. Seria t\u00e3o bom se tiv\u00e9ssemos na sociedade pessoas que se colocassem junto a n\u00f3s para nos dizer: &#8216; em que posso ajudar?&#8217; E n\u00e3o nos dizer: &#8216;voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o sabe, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o consegue, voc\u00ea tem isso, voc\u00ea tem aquilo&#8217;. O professor pode desenvolver mais o seu papel para mostrar que o aluno tem capacidade de fazer e refazer, conhecer. A inclus\u00e3o das pessoas com defici\u00eancia \u00e9 fundamental. Precisamos da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Inclusiva&#8221;, disse a deputada.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com ela, Pernambuco tem exemplos de v\u00e1rias escolas p\u00fablicas que s\u00e3o refer\u00eancia no assunto. Ele contou que encontrou muitos pais com receio de que a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica pudesse burocratizar o acesso \u00e0 escola, mas defendeu a import\u00e2ncia na legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o desses direitos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;N\u00e3o que a lei ou as mudan\u00e7as na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o possam solucionar tudo por si s\u00f3. Ela questionou as defini\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas com defici\u00eancia e de pessoas com necessidades especiais. &#8220;Tem uma m\u00fasica que diz que &#8216;de perto, ningu\u00e9m \u00e9 normal&#8217;. E n\u00e3o \u00e9 mesmo. Ent\u00e3o vamos deixar de presun\u00e7\u00e3o, de falar da limita\u00e7\u00e3o e da defici\u00eancia do outro e sim da limita\u00e7\u00e3o de da defici\u00eancia de uma sociedade excludente, que categoriza pessoas, que degrada pessoas, que n\u00e3o faz o acolhimento e a inclus\u00e3o que precisa&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Em outro momento, Carolina abordou o hist\u00f3rico de rep\u00fadio de algumas sociedades ditas primitivas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s pessoas que nasciam com algum tipo de defici\u00eancia. A coordenadora do grupo Frida de Pesquisa e Direitos Humanos da Unicap tra\u00e7ou um paralelo entre essa dificuldade ancestral em aceitar o diferente e as dificuldades atuais, a exemplo do pr\u00f3prio Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9 um Judici\u00e1rio elitista, machista, LGBTf\u00f3bico e completamente preconceituoso com a diferen\u00e7a. O Judici\u00e1rio n\u00e3o conhece defici\u00eancia, n\u00e3o estuda sobre defici\u00eancia. Ent\u00e3o para o judici\u00e1rio \u00e9 muito casu\u00edstica a curatela porque nomeia o curador e transfere o problema para o curador. E a\u00ed a gente n\u00e3o vai entender a extens\u00e3o daquelas dificuldades. Ent\u00e3o existiam casos de pessoas com dificuldade de administrar dinheiro, que eram curatelados de aforma absoluta: que n\u00e3o podiam casar, que n\u00e3o podiam adotar, a n\u00e3o ser que esse curador permitisse esse casamento.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O tom cr\u00edtico em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao preparo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio em lidar com a defici\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m norteou a explana\u00e7\u00e3o do vice-presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Defesa dos Direitos das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia da OAB-PE, Mateus Pereira, um dos organizadores do semin\u00e1rio. &#8220;O Judici\u00e1rio \u00e9 muito atrasado porque s\u00e3o pouqu\u00edssimos os magistrados, e os servidores em geral, que conhecem a Lei Brasileira de Inclus\u00e3o.
