Temos que sair daqui com agenda de trabalho para se fazer cumprir&#8221;, disse a coordenadora de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, Prof\u00aa Ver\u00f4nica Brayner durante a abertura da atividade.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com dados apresentados pela professora do curso de Fonoaudiologia<em>\u00a0<\/em>Wanilda Cavalcanti, o censo 2012 do IBGE registrou 30 mil estudantes matriculados no Ensino Superior com algum problema sensorial, f\u00edsico ou psicol\u00f3gico. &#8220;Precisamos ir al\u00e9m das barreiras arquitet\u00f4nicas. Tornar a vida deles acess\u00edvel \u00e9 o que vai possibilitar a inclus\u00e3o&#8221;, disse ela.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">J\u00e1 os aspectos <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">jur\u00eddicos<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> da acessibilidade ficaram a cargo do professor Mateus Costa Pereira, <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">do curso de Direito<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">. De acordo com ele, <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">a g\u00eanese da educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva remonta <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00e0 Conven\u00e7\u00e3o de Salamanca <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">(1994), mas somente com o advento do<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> Estatuto da Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">(Lei n\u00ba <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">13.146\/15<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">)<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> \u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">poss\u00edvel falar em um sistema educacional inclusivo (um sistema minucioso de regras tratando dos direitos das pessoas com defici\u00eancia em todos os n\u00edveis da educa\u00e7\u00e3o). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">O professor tamb\u00e9m destacou a import\u00e2ncia da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os Direitos da Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia (DEC. n\u00ba 6.949\/09):<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0&#8220;o \u00fanico tratado de Direitos Humanos com status <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">de norma<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> constitucional <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">no ordenamento jur\u00eddico brasileiro\u00a0dotado de um<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> simbolismo que n\u00e3o pode ser desprezado&#8221;, explicou o professor, que tamb\u00e9m faz parte da Comiss\u00e3o de Defesa das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia da OAB-PE.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coordenadores de cursos da Cat\u00f3lica participaram, na tarde desta quarta-feira (27), no anfiteatro do bloco G4, de uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dialogada\u00a0sobre as quest\u00f5es da acessibilidade no Ensino Superior.
